We have vast experience in undertaking postal surveys which vary in terms of size, complexity and target audience, again - local ad-hoc to nationwide large-scale. We’ll check any databases you provide for accuracy, to avoid un-deliverables and duplications, and accurately record returns to avoid re-mailing responders. We gain good response rates, negotiate preferential postal rates with Royal Mail, keep on top of processing returns, offer the use of our freepost facility and use recycled/recyclable materials where possible.
