It all comes down to quality at the end of the day. If you can’t guarantee that the data captured is accurately translated into the final results then what’s the point?
It should go without saying that we work to the highest of standards, but we thought you might like reassurance in this area.

We were accredited with BS7911 since its inception. This standard is also known as MRQSA (Market Research Quality Standards Accreditation) but it has now been phased out and replaced with ISO20252, we are currently awaiting assessment for this. We were one of the first data processing agencies in the country to be awarded with MRQSA and were in our 10th year of accreditation until it changed.
