We invested heavily in a purpose built tele-research department, located within our own premises. Operating up to 30 stations, on a shift basis, covering weekdays, evenings and weekends. We conduct any size surveys from one-off small-scale surveys to on-going large-scale surveys. We provide a comfortable working environment for our staff, as we know that a call centre environment can become draining.

As a result our interviewers are engaged, enthusiastic and motivated, which means your projects are completed on time and in budget, but perhaps most importantly, to the highest quality standards.
